Today I read and comment on the Health News Article: Green Periods: Have More Sustainable and Healthier Periods by Dawn Sheldon

Now my commentary, I give this article and a, an A, I would love to say A plus. But the only reason I don't give it an A plus is because they said more sustainable and healthier periods. Actually they do it they do address the healthier periods because she addressed the one
person who has a name. It was Tasha was one of the people and then she also referred to
to
there's Tasha Lexie and she said that Lexi had a healthier period like her cramps were noticeably better when she used organic products. So she so she, so this article, said what it was going to do, accomplished its goal and accomplished it while taking into consideration. The menstrual wellness of the men's rater themselves also used non
nonconfrontational language they use, I'm sure there's a better word for that. Don Sheldon said people who menstruate said menstruating person said Mr. Reiter, these are all really kind, not kind. These are aware, this language is aware of hoomans rates, all people miss rate.
All types of people all genders, based on identification mystery, and that's why I often use the language administrators and allies because I don't want to
I don't want anybody to feel that they're not welcome to this conversation.
I love the breakdown, with everything is just really easy to understand. It's just all really simply put, I could definitely benefit from speaking more simply about my mission and about my work. And this article is a wonderful model for how to be more clear. So I cannot say anything like is wanting from this article. Also, something that I really love
is that
Don Sheldon did not say if you're experiencing pain, or menstrual or complications for your menstrual process, go to a doctor.
She didn't mention it at all. But to not say it is more helpful than to say it, to say it and to say go to a doctor or to a menstrual wellness professional would be like, you know, confetti Whoa.
Because as I've already said, If my work my no risk, medication, free medical intervention for you work, shift adminstrators into alignment into pain free periods into healthy Wilmes then that tells us that this is a non medical issue. And yet, we're told by articles that are telling us how to relieve our menstrual problems. We're told to go to a doctor and the doctor is going to I can tell you what the doctor is going to say. Because of all these articles that I've read, and also from personal experience, I did it the doctors way. And that resulted in multiple surgeries losing an ovary fertility treatments on the brink of psychiatric medication being prescribed to me and the hysterectomy conversation not being far down the road and all of that the past happened. But what didn't happen PMDD diagnosis and history, hysterectomy conversation, my womb is so healthy. And that is not a wonder. It's a fact not an anomaly.
One out of many cases of people who have shifted into menstrual wellness. So I'll stop there for today. Thank you so much for listening. I wish you joy, ease space and grace.
